Moss Bakar, Managing Director
Moss received his undergraduate degree from Boston University, majoring in Business Management. He was also in Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2002-2003. After that, he joined Laris Restaurant and Three on the Bund in Shanghai, as the PR and Marketing Manager. Moss oversees the trading division including table-tops, linens, IT and spa and fitness.
Richard Shiu, Group General Manager
Richard has been with EAL for more than 10 years and has thorough knowledge of table-top and F&B equipment. As Group General Manager, Richard is in charge of the entire EAL team to ensure a smooth daily operation while providing value-added services to customers.
Susanna Toh, Human Resources & Corporate Manager
Susanna joined us as Assistant to Director in 2006. With over 16 years’ experience in the fields of human resources, office administration and secretarial experience working in multinational companies in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia, she is designated to oversee the Human Resources, Administration Division of Chiram Strategic Group.
Ms. Forrie Chan, Assistant to Managing Director
Forrie joined us in July 2008. She holds a degree in European Studies major in French. She not only provides administrative and secretarial support to our Managing Director but she also work alongside with Susanna in administration for Chiram Strategic Group and EAL.
Edmund Wong, Key Accounts Manager
Edmund has been with EAL for more than 2 years and in the industry for more than 8 years. Key Accounts Managers are responsible for daily communication and services to our clients.
Carey Chan, Assistant General Manager (Pacific Rim Trading)
Carey not only works alongside Edmund and services major corporate clients of EAL but she also undertakes to ensure all customers of Pacific Rim are attended to in the quickest and most professional manner.
Joann Kong, Retail Sales Manager
Joann has more than 15 years of experience in the hotel and wholesale supply industry. Joann manages the retail business of EAL where we have more than 20 retail customers across Hong Kong.
Raymond Fok, Assistant Sales Manager
Raymond joined EAL in October 2004. Raymond’s rich experience in the F&B industry allows him to develop a very close working relationship with our restaurant and bar clients by providing detailed solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Bhing, Administration & Shipping Manager
Bhing has been working with EAL for over 13 years. Since 1999, she has been the main troubleshooter for shipments problems and coordinates delivery with local logistic teams as well as the manufacturers and forwarders.
Connie Ng, Operation Manager - China
Connie has been with EAL for over 2 years. She is the gatekeeper to our China offices. She works closely with all of our China offices to ensure that the procurements and deliveries are correct and punctual.
