Staub is originated from France and it is a symbol of high class kitchenware. Equip Asia has assisted them to establish the Staub counter at Pacific Place - Great Food Hall recently. The famous chef of Michelin-Paul Bocuse fancies Staub products due to its durability and quality. Many 5-star hotels such as Four Season Place, Isand Shangri-La, The Venetian, Macao Resort Hotel and Wynn Hotel uses Staub’s products for their hotel. Mr. Chrisophe Oudin, the Operation Director of Staub said the uniqueness of Staub is it’s material. ”The material is cast iron, which is heat conductive, adamant and durable. The enamel coating can prevent oxidization. Enamel is originated from glass, it just like cooking with glass cookware, it blocks out heat.

Margaret, consultant of Towngas Avenue said “ I tried other brands, though the inner part of other brands is smooth, but scratches can be easily created. I prefer Staub, although it is heavier, it is scratch free after braising. The pot remains hot even after 3-hours of cooking.
